GBGreat Customer Support!!! Nathan responded to my email very promptly regarding my league setup for our guillotine league. I was trying to drop players from the team who got chopped, but could not drop top tier players. He point me to: League Setup > Transactions & Periods > Can't Drop List > Not Used and that solved my problem. Very prompt and helpful customer service!

CACan't say enough good things about… Can't say enough good things about fantrax. Been an NHL fantasy league commissioner for 6 years with fantrax and they've been outstanding. Great customer service whenever we have trouble with settings or stats.

CAFantrax is the ONLY option Fantrax is the way to go for fantasy sports. We’ve customized our Premier League league to the old Yahoo system and are happy now. They do listen to their users for recommendations and feedback. At times there can be glitches, but they do eventually get fixed. I wouldn’t use another platform for fantasy other than Fantrax. 5 stars.

GBI've been the commissioner of a Fantasy Baseball league for 10+ years, who switched to Fantrax just a few years ago I've been the commissioner of a Fantasy Baseball league with a very engaged group of mangers, and we use an EXTREMELY complex set of rules for player ownership. For decades using the Yahoo, etc we had so many issues with tracking players eligibility using shared spreadsheets because none of the online tools could adopt to our rules. We wasted a ton of time trying to track this and then even more time arguing about it. Fantrax has been a lifesaver. Make the fantasy league experience so much more convenient, and the issues that used to dominate the league are 100% taken care of. Add in the fact that the customer service from Fantrax is AWESOME and we are kicking ourselves for not having switched earlier.

CAAbsolutely awful experience trying to… Absolutely awful experience trying to withdraw my winnings. I requested $750 USD to be withdrawn and sent by cheque on June 2nd. It is now August 13th, I still have not received any update, just that it was processed on June 28th. I received one single response saying it should have been received by now. I have reached out 4 times via email since, left countless voicemails and still nothing. Don't trust them with your league's money this is an absolutely terrible app with awful UI. Give me my winnings. Now.
