GBThe agent was helpful and courteous There was a delay in a response from my bank regarding a deposit which corresponded with a special matching my dollar amount. The delay resulted in me missing the special through no fault of my own, just over abundance of caution with my bank. I was credited with some extra bucks. Not what I would have with the special, but it was nice to have the person recognize my dilemma.

ARNew games and prizes I was surprised by the novelties that have been added in recent months, such as new games as well as the possibility of winning interesting prizes through game money such as points to redeem. It is appreciated that in case of failure in loading the game, it is not lost but can be played again. If they were to add a new game, I would love for it to be some version of Minesweeper.

CApoints and money rip off i played these games for years. this is the first time i have been ripped off. i used to get points for gmes played well under the new formate i am still waiting for these points. under the new updated site i have been riipped off of 15.00 and over 200 dollars in points i should have gone. but of course no reply from the support staff and still no points.
