User-friendly experience I was able to filter options to view only those for which I had earned enough points. Once filtered, I found several appealing options to choose from. Redemption was quick and easy, and the reward has incentivized me to use MyPoints to reach my favorite online stores going forward.

Unacceptably slow I like the gift cards I can get, but after being a member for many years, the last gift card took over 2 weeks to receive, even after several attempts to let them know. It was WELL over the 10 days they say it can "take up to".

I have never had a survey co ever pay… I have never had a survey co ever pay out before! I have received several gift cards and they did not cost a lot of points each! My Points is great!

You receive the gift card VERY quickly You receive the gift card VERY quickly. The longest it has ever taken me is 3 days and most of the time I receive the reward within one day. There are many rewards to choose. Everyone can find something that they would like

Ok but areas could be better! Many stores I shop with don’t even have or award points. The cost for a decent amount Giftcard is way too high. And now that it took me forever to earn enough points to even buy one (well over a year even with all the shopping I do and the surveys I take etc…), I still had to wait TWO Days to get awarded a giftcard that I purchased to be sent via email! That should’ve been sent immediately or at least within the same day!
