Great way to earn some gift cards As always it was very easy to redeem my points for a gift card. I enjoy earning points to redeem for gift cards and it is fun to participate in My Points various activities.

It took a while to get the gift card… It took a while to get the gift card and it takes a long time to get enough points but other than that it was a good experience.

No longer trustable 75% of survives… No longer trustable 75% of survives lock before your points are given to your account. Next to impossible to get customer service 25% of time you will get points. History of company locks never happened now it’s rampant and you waste hours and get locked after completing survey and just a few questions and auto locking page so it never rewards

Unacceptably slow I like the gift cards I can get, but after being a member for many years, the last gift card took over 2 weeks to receive, even after several attempts to let them know. It was WELL over the 10 days they say it can "take up to".
