User-friendly experience I was able to filter options to view only those for which I had earned enough points. Once filtered, I found several appealing options to choose from. Redemption was quick and easy, and the reward has incentivized me to use MyPoints to reach my favorite online stores going forward.

Ok but areas could be better! Many stores I shop with don’t even have or award points. The cost for a decent amount Giftcard is way too high. And now that it took me forever to earn enough points to even buy one (well over a year even with all the shopping I do and the surveys I take etc…), I still had to wait TWO Days to get awarded a giftcard that I purchased to be sent via email! That should’ve been sent immediately or at least within the same day!

Declining lately I’ve been using mypoints for many many years and now it just takes too long to get your gift card when you redeem. It used to be nearly instantaneous and now I am going on 7 days waiting for my gift. I think it’s time to find a new site.
