Deep spiritual dive Thank you very much for wonderful meditation hour last Sunday, October 23, 2022. As a total beginner I've experienced deep spiritual dive into my consciousness as never before in my life. Sukhasana position let me relax and forget about annoying pain in my backbone. Gradual change to Shavasana position and lying down on my back brought a peace into my mind and shielded it from a cruelty of everyday stress. I am looking forward to continue that awesome experience.
