I found Rina through a FB ad I found Rina through a FB ad! I have never gone this route before, but something about it rang out to me as truth as I was at what felt like a breaking point in my life. I joined Rina’s 8 week YTSJ online program and it was just what I needed to get me over the hump of feeling unmotivated and unsure of what steps to take as my yoga career was shifting. The program was a great mix of practical steps to take as well as integrating those steps with yoga philosophy. Wether you are new to yoga or have been yoga-ing for years, the program and Rina will meet you exactly where you are with such love and support. Rina Yoga Review I wanted to learn how to teach yoga in Spanish & found Rina. I traveled to a weekend training in Miami & felt equally welcome & challenged. Several years ago, I was fortunate to travel to India with her & study at Swami Parthasarathy’s ashram—one of the most difficult, but rewarding experiences of my life.
