GBFake Company That OWes People a Lot of Money- Beware! This company is the worst when it comes to paying people the money they are owed. Their customer support is horrible. I have been trying to reach them for months, but all they got for me was an awful, automated response. Please beware and avoid doing business with them. Learn from my horror story.

GBPoor Customer Support Team Has No Answers- Please Avoid Buying Event Tickets from Them Their customer support team is the worst. I bought even tickets and needed confirmation from them to avoid showing up without them. These awful people were no help. They kept redirecting me from one person to another. It was awful to realize how I had been cheated by these fake people who are champions at lying blatantly to make sales and don't bother with confirmation.

GBIs Events.Com corrupt? Serious concerns that events.com is a bonafide company. We are a children's NFP and are owed $13K from an event we sold through Brown Paper Tickets - a company they bought back in 2022. No phone contact available to either company, automated response to support.

GBI'm a volunteer with the Ogden Nature Center I'm a volunteer with the Ogden Nature Center and was putting their events on Spingo. Events.com is much harder for me and maybe it's not intended for non-profits. I don't even know which category to select for outdoor programming like summer camps or weekly nature events. I can choose leisure and family, I guess. The category idea is confusing for me. I thought I entered the info for an upcoming concert at the Nature Center and don't see it show up. The default always goes back to New York.

GBTotal scam Total scam, they are just like a Brown Paper Tickets and they intentionally mislead users to avoid paying out for events. Events.com claims they purchased Brown Paper tickets and would pay out all past events by now. That is a lie and I am still owed money 10 months later. They collected my personal data including bank information but had no intention to pay. It is basically bank fraud. Contact the local authorities if you are involved in an event with them.
