I lost the entire deposit, but the tokens were not used yet as I was saving them for the restart of the Premier League the following weekend. Then I deposited another €500, to receive an additional €1000 token. Immediately after depositing, my account seemed to be frozen, and I was told by support that I had to verify my account. This verification was approved quite quickly. However, tokens were not re-issued after this process. Support only refers to standard regulations allowing Unikrn to take back any tokens issued. A total of €2.050 in tokens were taken away from my account. Very unfair practice. After having lost €500 and making another deposit of €500 (that I still have to wager because of money laundry rules), they take away all bonuses promised.

Interesting and unique Unikrn is a great and well executed idea, although not perfect. The platform is constantly being updated, there is a huge selection of matches to bet on, and the function of UKG is not purely tied to betting. You can earn the coin by linking your game accounts, entering jackpots/loots, betting on your own matches (UMode) etc. and then spend it on actual gear or skins (or withdraw). One of the negatives is that betting limits are somewhat low, and tend to vary a bit, depending on the amount and frequency with which you bet.
