GBThey are taking customer money I had an event on Dec 7 2022.. Plug my booth into charge ..The power box started smoking and a pop noise happen...It has not been working since I called ,emails , called email...No one wants to help .I spend 3K for my business...I should have check this site before...I am going to fight to get my money back .I brought my booth in Sept 2022.. This is some BS. I live here in GA where the company is base. I still can't get any help

GBNo response from compamy I reached out 3 times with no response. The arm is no longer sturdy and looks has if it's going to fall apart. Now the website is down. I'm thinking of stop making payments until I hear from someone.

GBSooo frustrated, BEWARE!!!!! Sooo frustrated. I purchased my spinabooth in August and used it for the first time in October. It broke during the event. Just stopped totally. I called and they set me up with Techincal support. Was advised I needed a new motor, and they would ship out. I have been waiting for over a month now. I am so frustrated; they will not answer my calls, respond to my voicemails or emails. Being ignored after spending almost $4000 is ridiculous. I am losing money being that I have to cancel events that were already set up and refund their money back. I have contacted a lawyer with assistance with this matter.

GBI order a wireless battery I order a wireless battery, the first time I went to charge it up it started smoking and made a spark. They sent me another wireless battery and it didn't even charge. I've reached out to Rufino multiple times and now I don't hear anything from him. You go to their website and it's not even up. I may have to get a lawyer and get this situation solved.
