Joke of a VIP experience We spent several thousand dollars for the VIP experience for George Strait and Chris Stapleton Concert. Obviously the event was post-poned multiple times but no credit option was ever available. The VIP experience was literally a reservation at Crave restaurant, at 2pm in the afternoon, with a BRUNCH menu only! We were given a pre-paid card to spend $400 on food & drinks for 4 peoples at 2pm off of a BRUNCH menu!! What a joke. Only domestic beer options, no IPA, no local brew, every drink we asked for was unavailable. There was no pre-party, we appeared to be 1 of maybe 4 small groups dining separately eating breakfast food as our VIP experience. The “official” George Strait swag was literally a cheep, thin duffel bag, bottle opener, & poster & cheap ball cap . This might have made a 12 year old happy….probably not even. We paid $3000 per couple for this pathetic, despicable VIP package. Seats were row 13 to the far left of stage. Decent seats but the entire package was a joke! Run, don’t waste your money.

Ordered the Diamond VIP package… Ordered the Diamond VIP package thinking it would provide the best possible seats plus merchandise, etc. We got seats way back in orchestra. My brother in law got great seats ahead of us for less than half the price. We never got any merchandise, just the disappointing tickets. Anyone other than these folks would be your best bet.

Don't do business with this company Beware before you buy from this company. I spent a couple of thousand dollars for a "special" fan package. The tickets arrived in time but the gift cards and fan gifts did not. I received the hats and tumblers after the event but I have NOT received the 4 gift cards. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. They do not accept responsibility for anything but instead put the owness on you the customer to resolve.

Not the best experience Not the best experience. Payed way over what I should of for “Premium package”. They showed the current football time of 07:30 pm game, then the day of the time had shifted to a 2pm game. Due to this we missed pre party because we had NO idea the team had changed times, no email to inform us. Drinks and food were not free. And when we arrived they told us what the tickets cost which was a quarter of the full amount we payed. All in all not worth it, the premium seats USA is a little miss leading least you say. They wouldn’t even do a partial refund due to change in game time and missing pre game party, basically said we were SOL. Next time i’ll save my money and order regular tickets from another vendor sight! The Director of Operations was not helpful at all even when calling and explaining our situation.

Country Late Night CMA’s After Party Country Late Night: CMA’s After Party was amazing. We had so much fun. The Ultra VIP evening exceeded our expectations. Morgan Alexander is so,so good! He sang such a variety of music! I could listen to him all night! Lindsay Elle was very talented. Ole Red is a perfect venue. The staff was most attentive and made the night very memorable! 🤠❤️
