Nice product Nice product. Great service. Builds confidence in inversions. Actually, inversions and much more. The removable cushion insert is nice as it makes a nice foot stool when not in use.

Super bad customer service Super bad customer service, at least in Europe. When you write them through the form on their internet site, they indeed answer you back in your private email, but when you try to answer back from your email, to theirs (which they ask to do), then they don't answer back, probably because it goes in their spam folder. I wrote them back from the form on their internet site and explained my doubts about the spam fold. They answered back, telling me that they coudn't find anywhere my reply-emails. In any case they didn't manage to solve my problem: In my Feetup set there was a piece with misaligned holes, therefore I couldn't assemble it. I asked for a replacement part. They answered me back that at the moment THEY DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS. (Luckily I bought that through Amazon and could return it getting a full refund) Hahahahah for real? For the amount of money that thing cotsts, I find it inadmissible that they have such a poor poor poor quality of customer service.

This would have gotten 5 stars if I got… This would have gotten 5 stars if I got what was pictured. It did not include the other half of the cushion so it can be a full square. This means it can’t be used for any other purpose which was super disappointing considering the price point. Otherwise this functions as advertised, very sturdy.

So Glad I Ordered From FeetUp I am one happy customer. Received my package quickly and waa impressed after opening the box by how organized the components were. Instructions were great and the unit was easy to assemble--and I'm not a mechanical whiz by any means. I now have a wonderfully useful and sturdy yoga bench to enhance my practice. defintely a good thing I received the package promptly, which included a free gift (who doesn't love a free gift). I have been practicing the basic steps and have not been able to do a full inversion yet, however, the freedom in my neck just from step two and three is amazing. My shoulders actually hurt though-when on the pad, and this subsides after a few minutes- and it is like having deep bodywork on those upper traps from the pressure-very helpful in my case. Love stretching on it too and the cork balls are superb! Very classy and much better than tennis balls.
