GBcant reach customer service for some issues I am experiencing Product is great, but I have some issues, particularly technical and also with the hand grips, no one responds to the emails for help although they say there's a money back guarantee, it seems there's no way to contact customer service. - I dont appreciate that customer service is doubting that I sent ANY outreach. I have since sent screenshots of the 5 unanswered emails, which includes the order number and photos of the defective handgrips. Now now there should be no confusion, and hopefully I'll get an acknowledgment and a response. I have sent 6 emails to both help and feedback - why are you not replying?

GBDon't buy if you are a android user!! I'm disappointed because the app does not work on newer updated Androids. ALL MATERIALS are on the app. I'm so sad. Bench is beautiful. Waited weeks on the wait list. It will be perfect if the app works. Now it's just collecting dust, in hopes the app works soon.

GBThis would have gotten 5 stars if I got… This would have gotten 5 stars if I got what was pictured. It did not include the other half of the cushion so it can be a full square. This means it can’t be used for any other purpose which was super disappointing considering the price point. Otherwise this functions as advertised, very sturdy.

GBBox damaged Box damaged, poster is ripped, so I need to re order. Not Feet ups fault. Phone holder came with it, so now I have two.🤔 Dissappointed after $250 i need to now pay for the app. I am a stage 4 cancer gal, just trying to keep walking. Well made, sturdy and the immediate core activation is incredible, could do without recurring fees.
