GBProblem solved I ordered 6 stanchions however one box arrived broken with one stanchion and base missing. I emailed photographic evidence and customer service promptly responded and mailed a replacement. Well done, thank you!

GBNo communication No communication. This order was "awaiting shipment on August 5. No further communication was given. When I reached out two weeks later, I was told it was on backorder and would be shipping by the end of the week. A heads up or communication would have made the whole experience so much better.

GBI worked with Greg on my order and he… I worked with Greg on my order and he was terrific. I really enjoy working with Epic because if there is ever an issue with my order it is dealt with immediately. Usually you pay a premium for this kind of service but my research always brings me back to Epic from a competitive price standpoint as well. I will be tempted to not even shop my next purchase.......well,maybe not. Gotta keep them on their toes!

GBWhen I ordered in mid June When I ordered in mid June, you said the delivery will be beginning of July. When I contacted you in mid-July, you said the inventory is in and the shipping will take place very soon. And now it is end of July. You should give us a discount for planned delivery a month late than originally promised. P.S.: I still have not received shipping info.
