Ticket purchase was simple and not… Ticket purchase was simple and not complicated. At first, I didn’t receive the purchase confirmation email which made me a bit tense. However, one of their agents contacted me within 15 minutes and explained that it was due to their system upgrade. After that everything was smooth. Enjoyed Ed sheeran show first time in my life.
