ZAtrying to watch the rugby with these… trying to watch the rugby with these guys is both frustrating and impossible, the buffering is 3rd world service requests goes un-answered, and refund demands ignored. do yourself a favor and go with someone else.....really still waiting for anyone to respond. I have a 13 tech tickets and the only thing they said was it will take 3 days to correct. this is not acceptable. fix-it or refund me. they are useless.

ZAI signed up for this service eight… I signed up for this service eight month ago, for a one yer deal as I like to watch rugby, in that time, I watch 2 full games without having issues, the rest of time the signal keeps on cutting off, lately I can only watch a game for 5 seconds and then is off. I have complained several times, but no gets done about it. I will not recommend Digital Direct TV to anybody, is a bad company!!!!!

Hi, Divan is great on support. have been with you on and off for over 2 years or more. just joined for 1 year. constructive criticism .. 1=your competition I am also subscribe to. there I can chat to support while logged in. here I have to logout to get support, as soon as l login chat disappears . really really irritating.. Must be easy to do? your feed is much more stable than 1 year ago, stopped subscribing then, hope stays like this

GBCustomer service is quick and easy to… Customer service is quick and easy to understand. The company is getting better and better with much less buffering. Would recommend, especially for the price.

CAI like the low cost and it covers lots… I like the low cost and it covers lots of sports. I use it mostly for rugby. The guide and other features seldom work. So when using it I usually have to search the channel I will need in advance.
