Our experience warranted a review... I felt my wife and I's trip from Texas to Playa del Carmen, MX warranted a review. We heard about Event Horizon Travel from a friend. As we had no idea where to stay, we asked EHT to recommend a place. We spoke with Deron at the company, and not only did he find the perfect resort for us, he also took care of all the arrangements with the resort too. When there was a small glitch upon arrival due to the resorts computer system, rather than my wife and I needing to deal with it taking time away from our fun there, Deron said, "Leave it to me", and we went off to enjoy ourselves. Bottom line, I used to think that going through an 'agent' or 'service' was only for those that couldn't handle reservations and logistics on their own and who didn't mind paying a little 'extra'. I now realize that not only does an agent or service add extra value to the experience, but EHT got us the best price too! Excellent service We had a wonderful, well planned cruise! We were very appreciative when Terry was able to get a past credit for us. Summer on the Amalfi Coast The experience and service provided by Deron and his staff at Event Horizon was beyond first class. Deron handled all of the arrangements for my family of ten, departing from three separate locations to gather for a vacation on Italy's Amalfi Coast. each and every detail was personally handled by Deron, including airfare, with upgrades, custom transfers, accommodations, boat charters, and personalized tour guides. We were able to experience Capri, Pompeii, Positano and the many small towns and cities throughout the region. It was a memorable experience and one which will be hard to best.
