Easy peasy It was easy to get the ticket. The only thing that would have been better is, Ticketmaster wasn't so hard to navigate. Your site was easy to navigate, I liked being able to see the ticket prices with all fees included. I won't use anyone else to get tickets to events future.

Great site and awesome customer support Buying tickets was an easy process and best prices compared to other sites. Only thing I didn’t like is having to wait until day before the event to get the tickets. But as soon as I reached out to support they assured me I would be getting them that same day and I received tickets within 30 mins. Overall great experience!

I was a little nervous when the tickets hadn't arrived yet (the day before the game) but I emailed customer service and they replied almost immediately and the tickets arrived soon after.
