Worst Customer Support I ordered a Wonderbox and have been following when it was supposed to be shipped. It was supposed to ship 5 days ago so I decided to reach out to Customer Support to get an update on the status. I emailed them and the only response was for my order number, I sent it and then no one gets back to me. I have tried calling multiple times and it keeps saying their support center is closed when everywhere I look on their website says they are open 9am-5pm. I am getting so frustrated that I spent a lot of money and expected the gift to be delivered BEFORE Christmas but I can't even get ahold of someone. I read another recent review about them kind of complaining about the same issue and when they said they aren't convinced this is an actual company, I am actually starting to agree. I will never purchase from this company again nor would I ever recommend it.

This company is a complete scam This company is a complete scam. We went to a “partner restaurant” and they had never heard of WonderBox before. We couldn’t redeem the voucher. Seems like WonderBox is lying about their partnerships. We will be filing a complaint with the NY district attorney as well.
