GBI’ve recently experienced a few issues… I’ve recently experienced a few issues with my Gozney Dome. I made contact with Gozney customer services and have been looked after by Paula. She was quick to respond to the issues I have been experiencing and came up with various solutions. She’s been fantastic! 5* service from Gozney.

GBI am only giving 5 stars because my… I am only giving 5 stars because my experience with Ashlie at customer service. My arc xl arrived with alot of scratches on the off black paint and shouldn't arrive like that as gozney is a premium company and the product should be shipped as such. The gas adjustment knob also was malfunctioning. Received a second off black arc xl with the same scratches. If not for a great customer service and professionalism from Ashlie this would have been a very negative experience. The biggest take away was I could not be promised a third oven would not have significant scratches like 2 I received. Great oven poor shipping packaging & or paint Finish.

NLAs always shipped nicely and quick As always shipped nicely and quick, love the neapolitan arch, bit expensive but hey, hobby's do cost some money 🤣 The Dome heats faster now, and it performs more stable, backing longer on a lower flame. Also with the arch it gives the Dome a bad ass look, enjoying my multifuel Dome 💪

GBGood product, slow customer service Their product is good but they have very slow customer service response times. They say they are correcting issues but I have yet to see results.
