GBI wanted to buy a ticket for one band… I wanted to buy a ticket for one band because their website sucks so bad they gave me a ticket for something completely different I emailed them with my problem never responded to me I will never use etix again for anything

GBI lost my email with my tickets I lost my email with my tickets. I sent an email and called R Entertainment. Within a few hours they resent them and I can now go to the concert! Great service and prompt response.
