Love the tool Hate the Business Love the tool. Hate the company. The price comparison in each section is amazing. But I doubt I will ever use them again to buy or sell tickets. You have to fight for returns if things go south. The automation in play to "assist" customer service doesn't work. Broken links get sent to your email. The account recovery system rivals recovering an apple ID.... It's sad. These guys used to be the last ticket vendor you'd ever need. Damn shame what they've turned into.

Bought tickets could not transfer Bought tickets, unable to transfer to grandson as transfer app not working. Support was near useless. Took me over an hour to cancel my SeatGeek account.

Smooth transactions Smooth transactions , my tix stayed on the app even tho I purchased months in advance , I use to loose track trying to find my tix on other apps … this SeatGeek functionality is exceptional. Thank you … and Journey concert was Excellent, we had a blast
