GBDisappointed Mom and I were both excited to have, after days of searching, find exactly what we were looking for. What sold us was a specific color option that was unavailable at many stores we had previously visited online and in store. After completing our order, receiving a confirmation email, and having our payment processed for the order, we were notified that the color option was not available. We were given other options for our order, but we were both very let down, and decided to refund our payment.

GBWants to Serve Well After ordering two kids' sleeping bags online, I discovered that neither was available. The website should have been updated to reflect this. The company invited me to ask for a refund or find substitutes, honored the original price and discount, and eventually sent two bags I picked out. They seemed to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase and their service.

GBI wish I could review the product but… I wish I could review the product but haven't received it. It is tracking as not moved in Utah for the last 4 days. Why would it have shipped from Michigan to Utah when we live near Phila., Pennsylvania? Totally disappointed!!

GBCompletely satisfied We received our nightstand within 3 days from placing our order. Most companies said 4-6 weeks. They were also the best priced of all of the companies that carried this nightstand. We will definitely use Nurzery in the future.
