GBWorst company on Amazon These guys should be put out of business. Their customer service is full of Indians and hence non-existent. I believe they have outsources CS to India, which explains why it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. I don't know how they get good reviews on Amazon, it could be that they are "buying" their own products and leaving positive reviews. I wouldn't be surprised.

GBHorrible customer service!! As everyone else is saying, RUN from this seller. I tried to purchase through Walmart, but Americarx canceled the order with NO explanation, promised to refund, then kept the money. They really need to be shut down. Those of you who have been scammed on Walmart or Amazon, Contact them and let them know. Neither wants their customers being ripped off or scammed! Let's get rid of these rip-off artists who are keeping our money and getting away with it!!

GBI ordered #3 Aura Cacia Pure Essential… I ordered #3 Aura Cacia Pure Essential Oils Frankincense .5 fl oz When they arrived one bottle was leaking. It was labeled ready to use what ever that means. I sent a message to customerservicre and have not gotten a reply, a a replacement or a refund. I'm wondering about your company?? Catherine

GBComplete disaster Complete disaster ! Mailing me wrong items I eventually sent the package back costing me the same price I paid for my items. Overall I guess I’m SOL contacted them once they told me it would take a week for my Refund. It’s been two weeks still nothing. Someone need to make a statement on these scumbags & maybe be careful where your buying your item from. never again I guess.

GBAmericaRX - be very careful indeed!! Selected products but when I saw the atronomical shipping charges $30 for a $2 dollar purchase, I abandoned and bought elsewhere. Imagine my surprise when the goods arrived weeks later - including the £33.99 shipping charge! Now, I know I never completed the buying process but what can I do??
