CAI placed the order and two days later… I placed the order and two days later when I called they said they don’t have this car and it won’t be in for two months. They should remove items that are not available from the website!

CASale Peice We received the car but it’s still in the box til Christmas. I’m sure our grandchildren will love it. I have emailed Kids-Cars twice now to ask about a sale price I saw for the vehicle right after we ordered it, and I was wondering if I could be refunded for the sale price. I also saw an advertisement for free shipping. I have not received a reply. Barb

CACustomer service lacking Was hoping this car was more durable the the ones you buy at toys r us…nope..my 2.5yr old drove it over a stump and it crack the entire bottom passenger side plus ripped off the cover that protects wires. This all within a week of having it. Contacted the company and the girl was not helpful at all. I asked for another email contact and was ghosted… currently in the process of moving so don’t have time to deal with this. What a shame!!! My kid really loves this car.

CAThis company scammed me This company scammed me, I ordered a car on their website, they later called me to tell me they did not carry the product anymore but still accepted my payment, after finally getting my money refunded they kept $113 of my total purchase. Awful and slimy company.
