Never received item and I ordered it… Never received item and I ordered it months ago. I've reached out to them for an update, but they never responded. They continue to ignore me. At this point I'm just trying to get a refund.

Great prices and great communication Great prices and great communication. I ordered a statue. I didn't know it was a pre-order, and when I emailed to ask about the status, they got right back to me. Item arrived exactly as expected. In a time when online ordering has been a staple, I would go back to them in a minute.

NOPE I placed an order back in the beginning august with an arrival date near the end of the month. I have still yet to receive my order and the shop has been unresponsive.

The One Stop Toy Shop I’ve been looking for a one stop shop for all my favorite collectibles for a long time now. Mutant Mania is that shop. It’s website showcases its products beautifully. With awesome nostalgic collectibles, like classic DC figures, and the cool new toys they keep adding, I can’t get enough. My man cave is decorated with Star Wars, Marvel, & DC figures. My son has the Batmobile (yes I’m trying to make him a Batman fan) and my daughter has the Grogu plush toy. Keep it up guys! I’m lovin the classic toy store feeling with the modern day experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I pre ordered a Wanda funko pop bobble head back in May 2021. It was supposed to be shipped by August, never received it. I have emailed them and did finally get a response. They said it was delayed and delivery was pushed to September. Then I was told it was pushed to October! Now they won’t respond to any calls, texts nor emails. I’m afraid they have stolen my money and I’m out a gift. Won’t be making that mistake again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
