CAThis is the worst online shopping… This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! I contacted them as I wanted to return my item, being a diaper bag (the bag was smaller than I thought and I was also gifted a diaper bag to help save us money). Their return policy says you have 3 days to return the item, but gives no details on HOW to return (return address). I have sent multiple emails requesting this information and have not been responded to. It’s been weeks. I am convinced this company is the biggest scam I have personally ever been a victim of. That’s how I feel about this company - I feel like a victim.

CATerrible Customer Service The item I ordered took over 2 months to get to me, when I contacted them they offered me a 30% refund. Trying to get that refund has proven to be impossible. They will not respond to my emails, Instagram comments, Facebook messages. They also blocked me from Instagram. Terrible customer service, would not recommend buying from.
