I believe this site is a scam I believe this site is a scam! I placed an order 2weeks ago. Still no confirmation that it shipped and no tracking number. I emailed the “customer support “ site 3 times with no reply . I am now contacting my card carrier for a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! I don’t believe they actually sell anything! On my card charge it lists the payment went to a man with a Chinese or Vietnamese name in San Jose California! Beware!!!

The tracking information was captured well and I confirmed delivery with the gift recipient. The item was as-reported and made my gift selection easy. Will definitely use this company again.

Amazing Company! Not a Scam! I would rate this store 10 if I could. I came across this toy store for kids and since I hadn't heard of it before I thought I'd look for reviews first before purchasing and I came across great reviews and bad reviews. I realized that the bad reviews are all for the wrong company and so I made a purchase of 2 Babynoise instruments. I received my toys in excellent condition and they shipped to me so fast. It even arrived quicker than it was scheduled to arrive. I am very happy with my purchase and the rewards program that this store offers. I will be buying again in future. All of these people who are mistaking Happy Gift Company for the company 4 Happy Gifts should remove their bad reviews. It's irresponsible to write such bad reviews of the wrong business! You are hurting a good business. It's very sad actually.

I am extremely frustrated with this…company I am extremely frustrated with this company. At this point I consider them thieve! I purchased a styling wand in Dec 11, 2022 and was promised I would get the product 1 week later way before Christmas. My payment was processed through my band on Dec 12th and paid in full. Well it is know Dec 29, 2022 and I still have not received my product that I have paid for. The only way to reach these people is through the webpage and only by email no phone. I have sent them 4 emails and nothing except someone will reach out to you within 2 to 3 business days and then no one does. I keep trying to track the package and it says untraceable. This place is a joke and very disappointing. My poor daughter in law didn’t get her Christmas present this year and that is just wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I ordered a couple of their nifty PlanToys cars (they’re actually larger than I thought), woodlands puzzle, and temporary tattoos for gifts. Fast shipping and everything arrived in perfect condition.
