They were highly unresponsive for like… They were highly unresponsive for like 5 days. But finally I got somebody on their chat and they actually did refund my money so that's cool cuz I didn't think I'd see it again

Zarwel is a scam! Zarwel is a scam! Do not buy anything from this company. I purchased a Sojag Solarium was unable to reach anyone by phone for order information. I was given a fake tracking number only after complaining about Zarwel online. A representative contacted via email with a sob story about getting fired if I don’t remove my review. I have requested the correct tracking number or a refund and have not heard back from them. Shop elsewhere.
