Nano craft is the only site I buy… Nano craft is the only site I buy from!!! Others rip you off on size and packaging. NanoCraft always sends perfect puzzles in the box’s supplied for us. I must have over 40 now!!

Great customer service - implementation a little rough I ordered two puzzles shortly after Christmas. I did not receive any kind of confirmation email with an order number, which I found worrying. I reached out to the company, and they were able to provide one. It then took FOREVER to ship the puzzles out. I waited two weeks, contacted customer service again, and the CS team got the puzzles to me ASAP. Much to my disappointment, the puzzle was largely straight edges and didn't hold together. Contacted CS a third time and they redesigned and shipped a (better) replacement for free. Frustrating experience, but their customer service team really worked hard to make me happy. And the final product is beautiful and well made.

Was given two Nanocraft premium wooden… Was given two Nanocraft premium wooden puzzles--the Koala and the Turtle--as a gift. Both puzzles were missing two pieces. Finally emailed the company hoping to have a replacement sent. Instead they told me to request the order number from my gift giver and to put the puzzles together and take a picture!!!! Now why would I spend the time to put together two puzzles that I know are missing pieces? I cannot in a clear mind ask my friend for the receipt, as I think my friend would be very ashamed that they gave me a gift that was "broken". Very sad company.

My puzzle box came damaged My puzzle box came damaged. They said it was a shipping problem, & they would let their shipping department know. The package was not damaged at all. It was broken before being boxed. Another scam company. Buyer beware.
