For the most part they have given and honest and straightforward discription of the software they offer. As far as the customer service goes it totally top shelf. I have yet to get an order that took as long to arrive as they allow. Every order has been in good condition when it arrived. For the price one can't go wrong with the items that they offer. I have also ordered from their sister sites as well and have experienced the same quality and fine service. I think other companies could do well to follow the type of service I have gotten from them for many satified years now.
