Not happy Bought a stroller for my granddaughter, first it came in an unmarked cardboard box with no instructions manual. I kept looking at it and finally "put my finger on it" it looks very different from the website. There's no name on it and it feels quite flimsy. We have to gently push it and the front wheels have a mind of their own. I contacted customer service and they asked "do you want to send it back"? Next I explained how dissatisfied I was and they blocked me on messenger. I wasn't even rude I wish I could upload a screenshot of the conversation.

THIEVES THIEVES: I strongly DO NOT recommend. Stroller received after months of waiting unlike promised. Arrived after the baby was born and already bought another stroller. Not as described, poor quality too. I was advised to return via economy and I would get a full refund plus shipping costs. I emailed them receipts from the post office and shipping details. Over 6 months later no refund and they completely ignore all my emails. It cost me a lot of money to ship from Australia to the USA on top of the money I used to pay for the stroller. It's a SCAM. Be advised

At first I was scared asking sooo many… At first I was scared asking sooo many questions but they answered all... yall was so patient with me thank you Tay strollers... And delivery was only a week less than what yall said it would be.. I'll definitely recommend. Stroller is BEAUTIFUL the only thing is the car seat is a different color thought it would match the stroller... I still love it..

Best risk I’ve taken. Buying from you all at the beginning was a bit shaky from me because I’d never heard of the company. But all I can say is WOW and I’ll definitely buy again and again, extremely happy with the transaction and products.
