I love getting things for both myself &… I love getting things for both myself & my cats! The cats almost immediately steal the toys from each other! I love the shirt designs, but wish we could have a choice of shirt color on some of them. Even if it was just a simple two option choice. As a redhead, I don't usually wear the warm colors & I feel I miss out on wearing some really cute designed shirts because of it. I can't imagine how difficult it is to always find new items, especially for long-time subscribers like myself! I have only ever received a duplicate household item once! I do wish shipping was a little faster. I get so excited when I see it has shipped!

5/5, would absolutely recommend First, this box is reliably amazing every month. The shirts are fun and comfy, the other goodies are useful and not cheap trinkets, and my cat loves the cat toys. Second, their customer service is amazing. They’ve helped me out with a few minor issues, and their response has always been speedy and friendly. I have never left an interaction with them feeling dissatisfied. I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say about CatLadyBox. I get comments on my shirts all the time, and I always recommend them unreservedly.

So worth it! - a cat lady must-have Each box is a special treat that I look forward to every month. The items are always so cute, and make me smile! From wine glasses to sun glasses, flower vases to travel essentials, those wonderfully creative t-shirts and more! Every box is a delight and they donate to several cat rescue organizations every month as well. The Cat Lady Box is money well spent.

Excellent quality! All of the items are of excellent quality! The shirts are super soft, true to size, and durable. Nothing is plastic unless it's truly supposed to be- otherwise items are wood, cloth, metal, ceramic, or porcelain. Only one time the screen print on a water bottle was smudged, I made a passing comment about it in the monthly feedback survey and they sent a new one to me, no questions asked! Anytime I've emailed customer support I'd get a response from an actual person within a day and seem thrilled to help with any questions or concerns. The only complaint (from my cats) is that the toys are bigger than they'd prefer to play with.
