I'm only giving two stars because the… I'm only giving two stars because the quality of the product I did get is great. I ordered a matching set of a playmat, deck box, and card sleeves. I only received the playmat, after emailing and contacting them for over month with varying answers they said that the deck box materials are out of stock and the sleeves were being held til it's ready, but I could cancel the deck box and receive the sleeves. I canceled and deck box and haven't gotten the sleeves or a tracking number, nor have I heard from them sense. They've been ignoring my emails. I'm furious.

Excellent value and quality! I ordered my playmat from them towards the start of the month. The site was simple enough to use (though I recommend doing so on a laptop rather than a tablet or phone). Aside from a couple screw ups on my side of things; the playmat is wicked! The quality, color and definition of the picture are phenomenal! I am definitely going to order another play mat from them again in the future!

The quality of the sleeves are great The quality of the sleeves are great! Ordered custom sleeves on 7/11, sent a follow-up email on 8/12 to enquire about updates, received a polite, prompt reply explaining that it's a busy time of year, the sleeves arrived on the 16th and they look fantastic, they shuffle great and the quality of the artwork is brilliant. Would highly recommend, will be ordering more in future

Order never shipped Placed my order November 25th for a custom sized playmat and have yet to receive a notification about tracking or have been provided a shipping label. Reached out 12/10 and they said they were reaching out to someone else to forward me the status. Well I waited and no response. At this point I may contact merchant to cancel the order. Should have ordered from another website.

Outstanding quality After doing some research, I felt comfortable with my choice of playmat provider. The process was fast and simple. I was able to customize my own mat and was really impressed with the final product. The colors were vibrant and the quality of materials superb. The playmats image was exactly as I ordered. This company must place customer service as paramount; I have never seen such fast response time at all hours of the day. Your playmat will be exactly as you intended.
