GBThumbs Up I ordered on 6/21, received 7/13. Put the batteries in turned on didn’t work. Emailed the company they responded right back. Did what they recommended and it works. Love this musical elephant it’s just cute. Also loved how quick they responded when I thought it didn’t work. Thumbs up on this!

GBOne happy granddaughter I ordered the peek a boo elephant for my grand daughter unfortunately when it arrived it was faulty. I contacted customer service and I am very pleased to say their customer care was excellent, replacement sent with very little fuss and one happy grand daughter. Many thanks

GBAWESOME Elephant I recieved my Elephant, put in batteries, turned on power and the elephant didn't work. Took it Battery Plus for more batteries, turned on power and no results. I emailed the company for a replacement, communicated with Customer service and she talked about a video and I needed to press the feet on the elephant to make it work. I followed her directions and it worked. I love this toy. My Grandson is going to Love it too. Great Customer service Emma.
