They're very reliable and consistent. I even had to cancel a very large order after it had been "shipped" and Emilie, the customer service rep who helped me, heard my issue (not regarding the formula itself) and canceled and refunded my order. Emilie also was very informative and kind.

I purchased 2 boxes which wasn't… I purchased 2 boxes which wasn't delivered to me. After speaking to support, they said boxes were delivered according to USPS, end of conversation. Highly Recommend! Baby foods nowadays have preservatives. Not quite complete in nourishment. In my case as my baby have a condition called cleft palate, I need more nutritious foods and formula for her. So asked one of my neighbor and she recommended me Organic Baby food shop! Thanks to this shop my baby gained some weight and at the same time she's more energetic and playful.

Never received package Never received package, seller blames the shipper. Instead of reshipping the order, seller conveniently blames the shipper and deemed the package stolen and is not liable. Now I’m at a loss of time, money , and baby food. Need to buy elsewhere. I have attached the CEO response. Buy at your own risk and don’t say I didn’t warn you.
