Exceptional customer service Hi I ordered a princess tutu for a friends daughter. After several weeks I received an e mail asking how i found the service. At this stage I still had not received the tutu so realised there must be a problem. I contacted yourselves and was advised that particular tutu had been out of stock and no one had realised hence my survey e mail. Upon contact the team was exceptionally helpful and gave me options as to what I could have. I received a different colour of tutu ( which was beautiful ) and a £5 refund. I was delighted with the tutu but I was even more delighted with the exceptional customer service. Thank you….customer service is everything

Finally received my order and it was… Finally received my order and it was incorrect. I didn’t get what I ordered have sent numerous emails and no one has bothered to contact me. There’s no contact phone number to call either. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

Goods not received Extremely Poor Service Ordered three tutus for my daughter on the 12th May. They still haven’t arrived over a month later. I’ve emailed them four times without any response what so ever all I wanted was an update on the delivery. Quick enough to take my money shame customer services aren’t. Beware …
