The container and the concept is… The container and the concept is beautiful, but for what I paid, I Can hardly read the engraving. It’s tiny and it’s stacked, instead of going across the large wooded area. Very disappointing.

Issue resolved. Good quality products I recent had an experience with the company that made me not so happy. Shipping was an issue. I did call customer service multiple times and did speak with an individual each time. They did what they said they would to resolve the problem. I am satisfied with the resolution. I ordered from Oaktree Memorials because I purchased a necklace from them 3 years ago that I still wear every single day. It is the physical connection with my late husband and gives me comfort. I bought this necklace for a friend that recently lost her husband and hope that it will bring her the same comfort that mine gives to me.

A tough time made easier I saw an urn on Oaktree Memorials website that I liked a lot but my appointment at the mortuary was the next day so I figured I'd find something I liked there so didn't order the Oaktree urn on their website. Turns out I liked the one from Oaktree better than those at the mortuary but it was already Friday afternoon when I got home and I was afraid to add the weekend days to the time it would take to get the urn. I called Oaktree and talked to Max. He was so helpful and the urn was shipped out 2nd day air on Monday to make sure I got it in time. Max was very professional and so helpful throughout the whole process. I can recommend Oaktree whole heartedly based on my experience.
