Here's an sample of email received after asking a question twice: "For 178 times, I told you this before.... You are slow..." Jeff takes a deposit of more than $208 for Peppa Pig and cancels his appearance 3 DAYS before the event. I ask for a refund and he repeats himself that it is NON-Refundable. Highly recommend to stay away from this business!!!! Do you want Jeff and his staff with his unethical behavior and shady ways of doing business around your kids????

Just rented a Stitch mascot costume… Just rented a Stitch mascot costume from here. It looked really good! I was impressed that it was actually as professional as it was. I did see the pic ahead of time but still, ya never know right? But it came on time and looked exactly like the website. Was a big hit at the party and the whole process was pretty easy. Good to know there's a place out there that actually has this service, I couldn't find any other mascot rental companies online so it's cool to have a resource. We will probably rent costumes again for our 4 year old's party in December.

Rented Paw Patrol characters from here I found this place about a month ago when I was looking for somewhere to rent 2 of the Paw Patrols mascot costume characters for a kid party. We first wanted to get Chase and Marshall but too bad they were sold out on the Chase so we ended up getting Ryder instead which was actually still pretty cool. They did a fun little show with some songs and took pictures with the kids. The mascot costumes looked really good, very clean and good shape. I think the Chase might have been slightly more realistic than the other one. For the price we paid it was overall a good product.

Hired them for a Birthday Magician Entertainer I used this place to rent a magician entertainer for a children's party. We had about 18 kids total, mostly ages around 8-9 years old. I had called a few places that were slow to get back to me, but this place responded very quickly and had good information and review. We ended up renting a magician performer from them named Magic Greg. He came out and brought a little show setup that lasted maybe about 50-60 minutes. At the end he made some extra balloon animals for the kids which was also an unexpected surprise. His magic show was fun and really good for kids of that age range. Some of the kids got to participate in the show which made it more easy for them to be involved and pay closer attention. All in all his magic tricks were pretty good and for the price it was worth it.

Good experience overall I rented an adult Sonic mascot costume from this company. I was happy with the costume they sent out. It looked good, came on time and was in good shape. It was easy to wear and the return process was pretty straightforward. They emailed me a tracking number very soon after I placed the order so I was able to track it online to know it was coming on time. Good experience overall , if we need to rent other mascots we would go through them.
