GBThe products and customer service are excellent The products themselves are excellent, and alters do line up with the card art pretty much perfectly. Customer service is also excellent, if you have any issues with your order they are very helpful.

DEPure luxury at a luxury fare The sleeves are great, the contact is friendly and always helpful, shipping is fast and the packaging makes you feel like opening a pure luxury item (which it is)... if only the 6€ per sleeve would be just a little less... but I still love them.

GBI contacted customer support about sleeve misalignment. I contacted customer support about some sleeves that had an alignment issue. I had intended to purchase replacements if they were available, but after seeing images of the sleeves I had I was given a replacement free of charge! Very happy with the help received!
