Great training What a fantastic group of people, very welcoming to all and take time to get to know each and every person who comes through their door. Students, parents and observers alike. I love taking my grandchildren to their classes and watching all 3 of them progress toward being better, more confident and able in everything they do!

I enrolled my Daughter in kickboxing… I enrolled my Daughter in kickboxing with Phoenix Martial Arts in Knottingley. She was very nervous at her first lesson. But the staff and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Her nerves soon were put to rest. Phoenix has a fantastic atmosphere and everyone is very helpful. I highly recommend any budding martial artist to join.

NORMANTON PMA My son has been a student since May 2021 and he wishes he'd known about it sooner! He loves every minute of all aspects. PMA have a great attitude and understanding of its students and encourage them every step of the way. They are a well disciplined karate and kick boxing facility.

Great family oriented environment Both children took up Karate over a year ago at Phoenix. They have enjoyed the training sessions, especially those lead by Mrs Lafferty. Everyone is down to earth, team are knowledgeable and friendly to the point my wife & I have started kickboxing here. The core sign up is based on two sessions a week, average. There is the flexibility to turn up to whichever sessions (for your grade) you’d like and there is scope to make up missed seasons within the year. The extra activities such as Nerf Wars and Summer Camp are a hit with the boys. Not the cheapest but definitely the most flexible.

A fantastic academy!! I have been attending martial arts lessons for a year and half now, it started from my nephew starting martial arts with Phoenix, then I started, this had helped with my emotional, physical and mental well-being. The staff and instructors are so supportive, helpful and very understanding, things get tricky sometimes and they are they are here to help every time. In my experience, Phoenix Martial Arts is the best academy around. I have tried a few and this one has been by far the best one. And the learning continues. A great big thank you to all the staff and instructors at Phoenix and thank you for all the support given.
