So good! Just received my first purchase from Tenacious Toys and I'm so happy! The figure was packed extremely safely and arrived very quickly. What I love about them is that they carry some unique figures, like JT Studio and Devil Toys figures, but at such a fair price. No huge mark up at all. We unfortunately have a horrible new courier operating in the USA called SpeedX, so I've had to stop buying directly from Asian collector stores just in case SpeedX are randomly assigned for shipping. Thanks to Tenacious Toys, I'm able to order the figures without paying a premium. They're also really friendly and polite to deal with!

As described, quickly shipped and well packaged. My order was as described and well packaged by Tenacious Toys. Unfortunately, the original packaging was damaged and two dents and a whole was in the box, but that was the fault of the original packaging design by Kidrobot. It's disappointing that the collector's item boxing was damaged, but I can't blame Tenacious Toys for it. Tenacious Toys shipped my order out quickly and it was well wrapped/packaged.

Amazing service My most recent experience with Tenacious and Benny was a really great one. I missed out on the aqua turquoise kranky because bots and flippers got to them in what felt like seconds. I follow tenacious on IG and FB and saw Benny working for DAYS on tracking down bots and flippers and making things right for legit collectors. It's something that I was used to seeing. I mean he could have just let things be and let the sales go through, but he worked and got in touch with people and made sure these pieces found their way to the people the really wanted then. I was really impressed. It's people like this that we have to support in our community.
