GBStill waiting for my order....3+ months I also placed an order in October and heard nothing for months. Called and left a message in early January then got an email the next day my order was shipped. Still haven't received it. "Support" email gets you no response. Possibly the orders received were overwhelming but company should reach out to customers and at least give a status. Very dissappointing.

GBMickey Mouse ear headband holder I ordered the Mickey Mouse ear headband wall holder and when it was delivered, the frame was broken into pieces. We tried to fix it but it wouldn’t stay together so we could not use it. I contacted the support team multiple times and have yet to receive any contact back. Very disappointing.

GBHigh quality products and responsive customer service I was so pleased with the product Kindlytoys provided. It was a puzzle with my granddaughters name and zoo animals which was the theme of her 1st birthday party. Unfortunately one of their dogs chewed a couple of the letters. Kindlytoys was very responsive when I requested about getting replacement letters a year after my original purchase. Can't thank them enough and I highly recommend them.

GBLove our Busy Board! Having taken time to find a busy board, we noticed that some others appeared "industrial". We were so happy to have found the "Kindly Toys" site. What a wonderful selection to choose from and to make it all the more special, we had ours personalized. Having received our product, we couldn't be happier!

GBCustomer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. Speedy response to issue and sent a replacement free of charge. My issue is with quality of materials. Piggy bank gets sent with instructions for assembly. Very cute, very aesthetically pleasing item. Extremely fragile and cracked/broke in multiple places when trying to put it together. I was incredibly gentle in attempting to put these piggy banks together and still cracked wood in several places.
