Reserved but hopeful new buyer. I am reserved on this review as I haven’t received the baby just yet. I spent over $200 on a reborn doll that was a scam from a different site. They never responded of course and never gave the money back. The checking out on Ashton-Drake was easy and finding a new baby was easy! I am just hoping it will be true to the pictures!

Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible! I ordered Charlie for my daughter for Easter. His hair was already coming off and the hat was not stitches right and the top of the hat where the ball was was ripped to shreds! THEN that night his entire arm snapped off!! My daughter spent her Easter crying bc she waited so long to get him! After spending almost $200 on him is crazy for this to happen!! Then the customer service was TERRIBLE!! They could care less and told me to send it back and I have to wait another 30 days!! I paid for shipping to make sure it was here for Easter! They were so rude! I will never ever order from them again!

WONT EVER ORDER AGAIN… Picture shows 3 one inch babies for $29. Received nothing like photo 1 inch doll for 29$ ended up charging over and over. Won't order ever again. Please do not reach out again.
