Buyer Be Ware!!!! So, I ordered a doll, and it was the second try to get the correct doll as advertised online and in the catalog mailer. The doll was also a direct replacement for one that was damaged. The doll came in nothing as advertised with both dolls ordered and not even close to the pictures and or the one that is being replaced. The quality is not even close to Ashton Drake quality. I am not sure what management has changed at Ashton Drake but between the Quality Assurance, the manufacturing and false advertisement this company has gone downhill. That does not even explain the arguing you have to deal with when trying to speak to customer service.

Best doll company, giving joy to the people of this world I love how the company provides different payment options, like installments. The dolls are beautiful and excellent quality. I get so many complaints. This will be my 4th Ashton Drake Doll. Customer service people are so helpful and kind. I will continue with this company.

Free shipping .. nope Offered free shipping, filled out the form but still charged for shipping. It was only a 30-day trial and I was hoping Santa or Yukon would debut in that window, because I planned to cancel before the charge period started. Don’t like the setup for the free shipping.
