GBThe steam engine kit is excellent The steam engine kit is excellent and beautifully designed and works well. My only suggestion would be that the lugs holding the fire door work loose and would be better glued. Otherwise all the pieces fit beautifully.

GBI have an issue with assembly of item… I have an issue with assembly of item and your people have given me nothing but trouble when I ask for help. The QR code does not work and your help team is no help at all. I'm very disappointed because I thought this was going to be a great hobby, but I hesitate ordering anything else if this is the way you treat people.

GBI needed a part that I broke during construction I needed a part that I broke during assembly. I completed the request supplied online by Robotime. I had to pay $5.00 for shipping and Robotime sent me the part. The process was a project saver. Robotime is very good at taking care of their customers.
