Amazing shop Retro gaming of Denver is becoming a new favorite shop of mine. I just got my package for Mario 3D world and I couldn’t be more pleased. But I wanted to write more about retro gaming of fever because they really are an underrated shop. Firstly , the products have always arrived in good condition and come exactly as labeled. Secondly, the shipping is fast and reliable making having fun through gaming with your family members super easy. And lastly, they have wonderful customer support and outreach! I asked if he would trade 2 games that… I asked if he would trade 2 games that equal 118 dollars for a complete copy of conkers bad fur day. Instead of telling me the game was worth a Lil more and giving me a better deal he just said yep we can do that. Then I see the game I sold him for sale at over 300 bucks I understand you got a business to run but u dint even give me half the value and all i was doing was trading. I also feel like in-store credit should be more than a cash offer....Since then i have traded a few more times and tried to be within a few dollars of the trade thinking hed give me a deal since he made out so good on the conkers i traded him but no still had to pay the difference

Update 8.13.2023 The left analog was misaligned when I received it and within 2 wks the rubber top is coming off. They've gone above and beyond to correct this. Sent me out another controller before receiving the damaged one. Honestly, I didn't look at their warranty program which is top shelf. They got me back up and playing NCAA14 immediately. Thank you.
