AUAmazing customer support! I ordered the 15ml Lightspeed Bundle from SpeedCubeShop. At first I was a little disappointed because some of the liquid had spilled but I contacted SpeedCubeShop and they were able to help me out. They actually offered sending out a completely new bottle or Lunar. Now Lunar is worth about $20 (AUD) plus shipping. They also gave me the option of having store credit on a gift card. Thank you so much to SpeedCubeShop, the spillage wasn't even their fault but they willingly helped me out. They also got back to me very quickly and I was able to sort this all out in less then a week. I think their customer support is probably the best out there! I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting anything related to cubing.

GBI absolutely love this website I absolutely love this website! It's given me the cubes and cube lube I need, relatively quickly! I always run to the door when the packages come to see if my cube is here. If it's not, I'm always dissapointed. But, when it does come, my day is a lot happier!

GBReally good service.. Really good service, fast shipping. I've been visiting the SpeedCubeShop website regularly, but because I'm not US based, it has always been easier to buy my cubes elsewhere. I had tried various lubes, but I wasn't 100% happy, so decided to give the Cosmic Lubes a go and place my first order with SpeedCubeShop. I purchased the "Sampler" and I'm very pleased with their quality and performance. I also purchase my first 2x2 since I was at it.
