Frustrating shipping experience Edit: Company tried to help and promised to look at how they communicate deliveries. Requires delivery confirmation of your package. While their selection and pricing are good (though no better than their competitors) it's a pain for those that work to try to track down the order at a post office. Also worth noting that their cart system is strange and it's often difficult to add multiple copies to the cart. They seem to only carry a single copy of many miniatures.

Excellent customer service and a great airbrush! I contacted Pippd a few months back about getting a Vex airbrush. Joel responded to me saying that they were out of them, but he'd keep me informed once they were back in stock. A few weeks went by and I woke up to an email in my inbox from Joel giving me a heads-up that the airbrush would be back in stock shortly. I put my order in and in 4 days, I had the airbrush. It's an excellent tool. The company was wonderful to work with!
