Just make sure that you upload an image that meets their specifications. The site will analyze and inform you if your image is not at a high enough resolution. Highly recommended service!

The picture quality of the puzzle is outstanding and the quality of the puzzle pieces is outstanding as well, cut well with no peeling edges. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she is very happy with it. Shipping was surprisingly fast coming from outside the US too.
