Received the two harnesses I ordered… Received the two harnesses I ordered and one of them had two missing buckles and therefore it couldn’t be worn. They have the worst customer service, no responses and after 2-3 months the issue has not been resolved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company.

Should have known better … Should have known better …. I dropped so much money on an order and followed the sizing recommendations on the website. All of the things I purchased didn't even pretend to fit, couldn't get them above my knees. It was like they used child size patterns to create. The lingerie item isn’t even close to the image and I’m not talking about the difference between the model’s body and mine and the quality was utter garbage. Total waste of money. Turns out their website says you can’t return due to sizing errors? What kind of bull is that!? THE RETURN POLICY IS A COMPLETE JOKE! Also, all the positive reviews are either bots or employees of the company … just order something for yourself, you’ll see how unbelievable the good reviews are.

Absolute trash. All marketing no quality. The lingerie and swim wear that I ordered for my partner arrived in cheap compressed Chinese packaging, the sizing far off and the original product I wanted couldn’t be delivered. Customer service refuses any refunds and fails to deal with the matter to any extent. Might as well not have that department. Would not recommend to anyone. Shameful.
