Got exactly what I ordered I pre-ordered a tablet computer from them a few weeks ago. It only took ten days to arrive on free shipping and I'm on the other side of the world. Chinagrabber is a scam Chinagrabber is a scam. They make fake reviews so they can keep scaming people. They have doing this for years. Please stay away.

ChinaGrabber.com has improved customer service. I have been ordering with ChinaGrabber over the past 2 years. I have never really had any issues with their products or services. Sometimes, the USPS.com tracking service can be slow to update, but they have nothing to do with this. China Grabber used to only offer email support; Recently, they have also added online Chat which i find very usefull. I would give ChinaGrabber.com a 9/10 - the one place that they can improve is by providing a telephone number for sales and support.

Scammer I just want people to be warned about this company. I ordered a tablet from them at beginning of March. It was back ordered which was fine but when they got a shipment in they canceled my order and told me I had to reorder at which point the tablet went up a little in price but that was fine. After I reorder I couldn't order the color I wanted anymore or I would have had to wait even longer so I sent them an email asking if the would send me something for the inconvience of having to reorder and then having to wait even longer. At which point they put my order on pause for some reason. I emailed them and they wouldn't get back to me finally I emailed them and said that if they don't get back to me I'd be cancelling my order and contacting paypal. They then finally emailed me back and said we are no longer using pay pal your order will be Canceled again and we only accept western union. I called Paypal and they disputed my order to make sure i'd get my money back and they informed me that this is a big red flag issue. So be warned about this horrible company.

Satisfactory Service. I got exactly what I paid for very quickly, they quoted 15-20 days delivery and I got it in 7, no complaints from me......
